What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
joya9b is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh, and we believe gaming should be a source of pure entertainment — not a cause of stress or financial pressure. Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming consciously while keeping control over your time, money, and mental well-being.
At joya9b, we treat this principle as our highest priority. Under our responsible gaming programme, you have access to deposit limit settings, self-exclusion, time-out, and 24/7 Bangla support — so every player can stay healthy and happy.
Gaming can be a great experience when it is done for entertainment. However, for some people there is a risk of it getting out of control. That is why joya9b makes responsible gaming tools easily available on every account — so you can use them whenever you feel the need.
Please remember — joya9b is only for users aged 21 or above. If you are under 21, please refrain from using this platform.
Our responsible gaming tools
joya9b provides you with the following tools for a safe and controlled gaming experience.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies before a limit can be increased, to prevent impulsive over-depositing.
Time-Out
Choose a time-out if you need a short break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in or deposit to your account. Your account will be reactivated automatically once the time-out ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This can apply from 6 months up to permanently. During the exclusion your account will be completely closed and no promotional messages will be sent to you.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum loss limit for a specific period. Once that limit is reached, gaming will be stopped automatically. This is one of the most effective tools for financial protection.
Gaming History Review
You can view your complete gaming history, deposit and withdrawal records, and session times at any time. Staying aware of your own habits is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
If you are experiencing any issues with gaming, our Bangla-speaking support team is always ready. Contact us via live chat or email — we will help without judgement.
Warning signs of problematic gaming
If any of the following signs appear in you, it may indicate a problem. Ask yourself and seek help if needed.
- Feeling the urge to bet more in order to win back money you have lost.
- Hiding the amount you game from family or friends.
- Gaming with money meant for household essentials or borrowed funds.
- Trying to stop gaming but being unable to, or feeling uncomfortable when you try.
- Spending time gaming while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities.
- Becoming irritable or restless when you are unable to game.
- No longer getting the same enjoyment unless you spend more money.
Tips for healthy gaming habits
Responsible gaming does not mean giving up gaming — it means enjoying it the right way.
- Set a fixed budget before you start gaming and stick to it.
- Set a time limit for each session and use an alarm.
- Avoid raising your bets out of frustration after a loss.
- See gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Spend balanced time with family, friends, and hobbies.
- Avoid gaming while drinking or when you are tired.
- Take regular breaks and pay attention to how you are feeling.
How to use the protection tools
You can activate the tools at any time from your account settings by following the steps below.
Log in to your account
Log in to your joya9b account and go to the profile menu.
Open the responsible gaming option
Select the "Responsible Gaming" option in settings.
Choose your preferred limit
Choose whichever you need — deposit limit, loss limit, time-out, or self-exclusion.
Confirm
Confirm your selected limit — it will take effect immediately and your protection will begin.
Important information: Once self-exclusion or a time-out is activated, it cannot be cancelled before the set period ends. Decreasing a deposit limit is immediate, but increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period. Contact our support team if you have any issues.
