3 Bonus and Promotion Terms

joya9b offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳11,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
3.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer applies once per account.
- Not all games may be available to play with bonus funds — the list of eligible games will be stated on the promotion page.
- Bonuses are valid for a set number of days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
- joya9b reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious bonus use is detected.

4 VIP Program and Cashback
joya9b's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, you can automatically advance to a higher tier. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Cashback funds are added to the account within a set time each week. Your account must be active to receive cashback benefits. joya9b reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.
5 Game Use and Fair Play
